How To Open A Mailbox?
You can apply by mail or in person. Please follow the steps to open your new mailbox.
Call or email to set up payment of your mailbox, once this is complete you will be assigned a mailbox #.

By Mail - Step 1
The first thing you need to do is complete a PS 1583 form and have it notarized.
By Mail - Step 2
Next you must complete, initial and sign the mailbox agreement.
By Mail - Step 3
Finally, you must mail the original set of documents to:

Mail Forwarding
Travel often or live out of town?
We can ship using Fedex or USPS and get your mail to you. We charge for the cost of postage, supplies (padded envelopes or boxes), and a handling fee.
At your request forwarding can be done one time or set up on a custom schedule, weekly or once a month.
